▶️ You as a customer have read and agreed to these terms

▶️ I have a right to refuse a commission if it’s something I’m not comfortable with

▶️ My artwork is not to be utilized for AI generators, NFTs or to be profited off of

▶️ Artwork that is commissioned can be used for personal projects as long as permission is asked and credit is given

▶️ Refunds are available if artwork isn’t delivered within 2 months

▶️ Artwork cannot be traced or be claimed as your own

▶️ Do not re-upload art to websites that i do not have an online presence in. Re-uploading my artwork to sites I’m not in will result in a block and blacklist

▶️ NSFW can be requested but it mustn’t be extreme or gorey. Depending on the specifics will either be a yes or a no. Must be 21+ to order nsfw commissions

▶️ My artwork under any circumstances must not be utilized for politics,racism,homophobia,hate speech and any other offensive themes

▶️ Client is allowed to request up to 2 major edits of an already completed piece. If pressed for more edits i will charge an additional fee for edits. If client keeps pressing for edits i will block and blacklist you

▶️ If a client keeps pressing for updates every hour, i will cancel/refund the client and will refuse to continue further business with you
